At UnboxSmile, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation Requests
You may request to cancel your order immediately after purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has entered the shipping process. Perishable items and personalized/custom-made products cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you     received it
• You must provide proof of purchase and photographs of any defective/damaged items

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care and intimate items

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide order details and clear photographs of the issue

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email us at support@unboxsmile.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Detailed reason for return

  • Photographs (if applicable)

Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Warranty Items
Products covered by manufacturer warranties should be addressed directly with the brand.
